

Today, we are launching our new brand identity.
We are excited to reintroduce ourselves as Aperian®: a learning platform for growing inclusion with measurable impact through live training, self-paced elearning, assessments, and more.
This rebrand unites the former Aperian Global (our organization) and GlobeSmart® (our platform) brands, bringing both live training and elearning together in the Aperian learning platform.
Aperian features a new design, and is now home to the GlobeSmart Profile, GlobeSmart Guides (formerly Culture Guides), the Inclusive Behaviors Inventory, live training, learning modules, and certifications.
For more than 30 years, we’ve provided inclusion learning experiences in a variety of formats, and we wanted to provide all of them to learners in our platform. Now, learners can explore self-paced elearning, sign up for live training, take assessments and surveys, get certified, and even more in Aperian! We will be providing additional updates about Aperian learning experiences soon, so subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to hear.
Through all the change, our new identity remains true to our mission and our 30+ years of expertise in understanding and measuring the value of culturally diverse teams. It brings to life our commitment to helping build the skills and confidence needed to create inclusive environments that connect people and fuel growth.

Aperian is derived from the Latin word “aperire,” which means “to open” or “to provide access to.” This is what Aperian has been all about since our founding in 1990: providing accessible learning moments that can lead to unimaginable impact.
It’s called The Aperian Effect.

Our new brand identity is rooted in The Aperian Effect, from our new logo and color palette, to our graphic elements and photography.
Where you see our monogram, the Aperian A, you can trust in The Aperian Effect. Our monogram represents opportunity. It conveys growth and evokes openness—the opening of minds and perspectives.
Our monogram extends and scales to become our gateway graphic. It symbolizes our clients’ learning journeys and serves as a window into cultural insights.
Accessibility is a crucial part of inclusion, and it was very important to us that our brand color palette is in compliance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) for optimal legibility across a variety of backgrounds. We can assure you that all color combinations pass WCAG 2.0 AAA and AA international standards.
We’re committed to providing individuals with the best user experience along their learning journey, and we will continue to optimize the Aperian platform to meet their needs now and in the future.
