Adelyn Tan Andersen (she/her/hers)

Adelyn Tan Andersen is a Senior Consultant who has been working with Aperian since 2012. She delivers programs both face-to-face and virtually to senior leaders and global executives on expat assignment and helps them prepare for relocation. Her sessions allow them to work and communicate more effectively with global colleagues in a new country. Some of her clients include Caterpillar, Dell, John Deere, LEGO, Novo Nordisk, Seagate, Syngenta, Swiss Reinsurance.

Prior to joining Aperian, Ms. Andersen worked as a Marketing Manager for two multinational corporations in
Singapore and Indonesia, and as an Association Manager for two global institutions in Copenhagen and London. She is an Organization and Relationship System Coach (ORSC) who has worked with teams going through change, helped improve relationships and communication, aided the development of a powerful sense of team spirit and supported sustainable productivity.

Ms. Andersen is ethnic Chinese from Singapore who can speak English, Mandarin and Danish. She has lived in Singapore, Indonesia, Copenhagen, London, Frankfurt, and now lives with her family in Dubai, UAE.

Ms. Andersen holds a CIM Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K. She holds the credentials of Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Certified Professional Coach (CPCC), Enhanced Practitioner of Narrative Coach, Certified Practitioner of The Leadership Circle Profile (360 assessment) and Leadership Culture Survey.
