Agata Mathiasen (she/her/hers)

Agata Mathiasen is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. Ms. Mathiasen specializes in international management of people, projects and tools within a number of areas such as organizational development, competence development and recruitment throughout Europe, Asia and North America. She has worked within the healthcare and medical industry, analytical engineering for food, agriculture, chemical and pharmaceutical industries, energy trading, and medical devices.

Before joining Aperian, Ms. Mathiasen lived and worked in the UK and Denmark for ten years as a Senior International Human Resources Specialist. Her last position as HR Manager and Global HR Business Partner gave her deep insight into HR processes in multinational corporate organizations. She has gained extensive experience in leading initiatives to enhance leadership that ensures optimal organizational performance aimed at accomplishing corporate strategic goals across cultures.

A native of Poland, Ms. Mathiasen delivers programs in Danish, Polish, and English. She is currently based in Singapore.

Ms. Mathiasen holds an MA in Psychology, from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland. She has also completed a Gestalt program related to human development and learning supporting personal growth through self-initiated change. She is an ICC certified coach and a Certified Management Trainer. Ms. Mathiasen is also certified in Saville Consulting Wave, SHL/CEB OPQ, Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis (PPA), HBDI (The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument) and GlobeSmart.
