Aim-on Wongsaparn (she/her)

Aim-on Wongsaparn is an accomplished global leader with a proven track record in driving organizational transformation and fostering inclusive cultures. Ms. Wongsaparn partners with organizations to develop strategic approaches to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), executive coaching, and leadership development. She has worked and travelled extensively in Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Switzerland, and Thailand.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Wongsaparn served as a Global DE&I Partner at renowened Swiss multinational healthcare company, where she led the implementation of strategies that increased inclusion scores across global pharmaceutical organizations. Prior to that she held leadership positions at General Mills and Yum! Restaurants International, specializing in talent development and large-scale culture shifts. She facilitates in English and Thai and is currently based in Bangkok.

Ms. Wongsaparn holds a Master of Arts in Human Communications from Abilene Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Chulalongkorn University. Her professional certifications include the Leadership Circle Profile, and the OD Practitioner Program from Roffey Park Institute.
