Andreas ter Woort

Andreas ter Woort is a Senior Consultant who brings over two decades of international expertise to Aperian. He is driven by his passion for people and innovation, and his human-centered approach strives for an inspiring vision of future possibilities. Mr. Ter Woort is an experienced professional taking ownership and developing business across multiple industries, cultures, and regions. One of his personal goals is to shape leaders who dare to have paradigm-breaking visions and can perceive the systemic complexity of our world.

Prior to Aperian, Mr. Ter Woort worked for Universities in Germany and The Netherlands. As a Leadership coach and facilitator,  he was an important contributor to the development of a new corporate culture and supported start-ups. Prior to this, he has also supported large corporations like Deutsche Post, Lufthansa, Haniel, and Saraya in international positions.

Mr. Ter Woort currently resides in Freiburg, Germany, and communicates in German, English, Dutch, and French. He has two sons studying in Paris and Innsbruck. He is an active Mountain biker and finds that his Yoga practice over the last two decades has aided his personal and professional growth in many ways. Mr. Ter Woort has volunteered time with CARDS – a local NGO in Liberia, which focuses on bringing school education into the countryside.

Mr. Ter Woort studied communications and holds an MBA certificate in Leadership and Corporate Social Responsibility from United Business Institute Brussels. He also holds the credentials of ICF certified Coach and Change Agent.
