Anna Kostecka (she/her/hers)

Anna Kostecka is a Senior Consultant with Aperian with over a decade of experience supporting organizations on their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion journey. She has helped build inclusive workspaces in large and medium-sized public and private sector companies. Ms. Kostecka’s pioneering work has been leading the development of “Inclusive Workplace Competencies” that describe the knowledge, skills, and behaviors needed to create an inclusive workplace. This framework is now being used by organizations around the world.

Before joining Aperian, Ms. Kostecka helped establish the learning and consulting portfolio for the Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC) in Canada. She also launched ERG Center helping organizations realize the full potential of Employee Resource Groups for Diversity Hub in Poland.

Ms. Kostecka currently resides in Warsaw, Poland, and is fluent in English and Polish and speaks Spanish and German.

Ms. Kostecka holds an MA in Psychology from Jagiellonian University in Krakow, Poland, and a graduate-level certificate in Adult Education from the University of Toronto. She is a qualified administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and the Intercultural Conflict Style Inventory.
