Benita Bi (she/her)

Benita Bi has 25 years of global Learning & Development experience shaping talent strategy, leadership development, culture transformation, and capability-building initiatives. Ms. Bi specializes in executive and leadership development and cross-cultural team effectiveness programs. She brings a wealth of corporate expertise across diverse sectors, including technology, e-commerce, consumer electronics, online marketplaces, and professional consulting.

Ms. Bi has lived and worked in China, the Netherlands, and the United States. Her extensive corporate background includes key leadership roles at Amazon, where she drove executive development and successfully implemented major HR transformation projects across Asia. Additionally, she has managed strategic global talent initiatives and consulting engagements for prominent organizations including Lenovo, OLX and Versuni.

Ms. Bi is originally from China and facilitates her training and coaching programs in English and Mandarin Chinese. She is currently based in Amsterdam.

Ms. Bi holds an MBA from the University of Maryland. She is highly credentialed in executive coaching and talent assessments, holding ICF PCC, ICF ACC, and CPCC coaching certifications. Furthermore, she is certified in the Hogan, NeuroColor, and Birkman assessment frameworks, and completed a two-year Applied Psychology program at Beijing University.
