Carlos Esteves (he/his)

Carlos Esteves, M.Ed., is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. He partners with clients across industries, including government, finance, technology, and healthcare, to design and deliver impactful workshops on leadership, diversity and inclusion, team collaboration, and change management. Mr. Esteves has facilitated workshops for learners at all levels, from frontline employees to C-suite executives, ensuring participants develop the skills needed to excel in today’s workplace.

With over two decades of experience in adult education, project management, and client service management, He has worked with organizations such as IBM, Toyota, Microsoft, the Canadian Armed Forces, and all major Canadian banks. He has also collaborated with corporate relocation services organizations to deliver cross-cultural training and team communication workshops.

He has lived and worked extensively in Canada and has designed and facilitated programs for international audiences. Mr. Esteves is a certified Cultural Orientations Indicator Practitioner and an MBTI Qualified professional. He has also served as faculty for the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and Schulich Executive Education Centre’s Masters in Adult Training and Development Programs.

Mr. Esteves holds a Master of Education from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating with distinction. A recognized speaker on workplace mental health and leadership, he has delivered keynotes at industry conferences and corporate events, including CIBC, Fasken Martineau, and the Ontario Nurses Association. A lifelong learner who enjoys running and is an avid reader of historical fiction and mentoring.
