Carrie Elrick

Carrie Elrick is a Senior Consultant at Aperian Global, who specializes in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Leadership. Her expertise lies in providing coaching, mentoring, and consulting aimed at supporting others, developing a relationship with the concept of DEI. Ms. Elrick contributes to the development of social equity by ensuring that people can bring their best to what they do, every day.

Prior to joining Aperian Global, Ms. Elrick worked as an Organizational Change Manager where she managed multidisciplinary team activities to drive sustainable changes. Prior to this, she was employed by the Government of Nunavut, where she participated in a regional advisory women’s health group on identifying best practice approaches for sensitive issues such as suicide, substance use, violence against women’s and children, poverty and homelessness.

Ms. Elrick is currently based in British Columbia with her two daughters and husband.

Ms. Elrick holds an MBA from the University of Victoria, an MSW from Carleton University and a BSW from the University of Victoria. She is certified in Prosci, ITIL and is also CAPM certified.
