Chhaya Mathur Saint Ramon (she/her/hers)

Chhaya Mathur Saint-Ramon is an Intercultural Consultant and Coach with over twenty years of experience. She has successfully assisted individuals and organizations to work effectively within a global business context and foster inclusive environments. Her unique bi-cultural French-Indian background has helped in leading initiatives and facilitating conversations that foster awareness and bridge differences across diverse styles and beliefs so people can work together, better.

Prior to joining Aperian, Ms. Ramon spent her time on diverse projects focused on developing and delivering trainings on Diversity and Inclusion, Unconscious Bias, effective team communication, professional equality, and cultural issues. As a certified coach, she has also provided coaching for C-Suite employees, Frontline leadership and mid-level managers on a varying range of topics including conflict management, inclusive leadership and cross-cultural management.

Ms. Ramon is fluent in Hindi, English, and French and currently resides in Paris, France.

Ms. Ramon is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University in India and has received her EMBA from ESCP Business School in France. She volunteers her time to helped Sudanese refugees in Egypt. She is a certified Trainer in UNITAR (United Nations Institute for Training & Research) and MBTI and DISC instrument practitioner. She is also an active member of professional and cultural organizations such as the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Alumni Association of ESCP, Paris.
