Chihyun Park (he/him)

Chihyun Park is a leadership trainer with more than three decades of corporate experience spanning the agribusiness, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. Mr. Park specializes in partnering with leaders to deliver high-potential (HiPo) coaching, cross-cultural training, and high-performance team facilitation. He is highly regarded for uncovering practical insights and actionable solutions that drive meaningful individual and organizational growth.

Throughout his career, Mr. Park has built extensive business experience abroad, having lived and worked in Singapore and South Korea. He has served as the Head of Global HR for CJ Corporation and managed regional organizational development at Syngenta. His diverse corporate experience includes leadership and collaborative partnerships with major multinational entities such as Novartis Korea and OCI Global.

Mr. Park facilitates programs in both English and Korean. He originally stems from South Korea, where he continues to influence leadership transformations.

He holds numerous professional credentials to support his consulting practices, functioning as a certified professional coach with Gallup® (CliftonStrengths) and the Korea Coach Association (KAC). Furthermore, Mr. Park is a certified facilitator for specialized tools, including Hogan Assessments, Insights Discovery, and Lego Serious Play.
