Christian Höferle

Christian Höferle is an experienced cross-cultural consultant with Aperian. Mr. Höferle worked in various leadership functions for several international companies like Entertainment Media, Bertelsmann and Viacom.

Since 2008 he has been working as a cross-cultural business consultant for multinational companies. His training and coaching programs cover various cultures, predominantly those of Argentina, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Germany, Mexico, Switzerland and the U.S.A. A partial list of clients that Mr. Höferle has worked with includes Chrysler, FIAT, RSM US and TE.

German by birth, American by choice, and Bavarian at heart, Mr. Höferle is a fan of building bridges – across people and cultures – and not enthusiastic about walls.  Mr. Höferle facilitates in English and German and is currently based in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the host of The Culture Guy Podcast, a web radio series addressing the needs and interests of global professionals crossing cultures.

Mr. Höferle studied at the University of Passau, Germany, where he majored in Political Science. He is a certified GlobeSmart^® Profile Facilitator, Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, as well as a certified coach, mentor, and Mastermind Facilitator. He frequently writes articles on the topic of global leadership and some of his work has been published by Harvard Business Review.
