Dinis Neves is an Aperian Senior Consultant with more than two decades of experience across Europe, Africa, and Latin America. He has partnered with multinational clients such as Bayer, Johnson Controls, Solvay, and Mars to design and deliver solutions in HR strategy, organizational behavior, and intercultural coaching for expatriates.
Dinis has served in senior leadership roles, including as Human Resources Director for AOC in Angola and Dubai, and Verlag Dashöfer in Lisbon. He has also managed organizational development for Transfor Group in Portugal and Angola, implementing programs to strengthen leadership capacity. Earlier in his career, he worked with Vernon in Angola, Psico-Iuris in Costa Rica, and led national-level projects focused on training and inclusion.
In addition to his corporate leadership, Dinis has extensive experience as a trainer and consultant, delivering HR and organizational development programs internationally. He has authored articles for professional publications, with a subscriber base of over 5,000 readers.
Dinis holds a degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias in Lisbon. He studied at Uppsala University in Sweden as an Erasmus Scholar and completed the Leonardo Da Vinci Internship Program in Italy. He facilitates in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, and is currently based in Lisbon, Portugal.
When not engaged in his consulting and intercultural training practice, Mr. Neves invests time in travel, cultural discovery, and building a rural tourism project that integrates sustainability and local heritage.
