Dorthe Hove Olesen (she/her/hers)

Dorthe Hove Olesen is a Senior Consultant with Aperian. Ms. Olesen has been driving change processes in both private and public sector organizations, for more than 14 years, focused on ensuring sustainable changes. Her toolbox includes change management, team development, performance management and executive coaching and recruiting. Some of Ms. Olesen clients include Biogen Idec, Bruel & Kjær, Foss Analytical, Novo Nordisk and Xellia Pharmaceutical.

Ms. Olesen is an experienced facilitator, advisor and coach, who earned her organizational insights while collaborating with highly specialized work cultures and professions, both nationally and internationally. Prior to working with Aperian, Ms. Olesen’s primary work has been around helping managers develop purpose-driven organizations and aiding people in creating meaningful work lives.

Ms. Olesen is a native of Demark and speaks both English and Danish fluently. She currently resides in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ms. Olesen received both her BA in Communications and History Studies and her Master’s in Psychology of Organizations from Roskilde University. She is certified in a wide variety of individual and interpersonal preference tools including: SHL’s OPQ, Neopir, Whole Brain (HBDI), and DiSC, Thomas International.
