Elisa Alberto

Elisa Alberto is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. She facilitates programs for expatriates to assist them in successful integration and effectiveness while on assignment. With an array of expertise from change management to organizational culture change, Ms. Alberto has worked with clients from diverse industries including financial, manufacturing, and automobile multinational companies.

Prior to her current role, Ms. Alberto was a Country Specialist Coordinator for Aperian. Prior to that, she was a trainer at Unique Sources in Delft, focusing on intercultural management and communication. 

A native of Italy, Ms. Alberto has lived and worked in Austria, Denmark, France, Spain, The Netherlands, the USA, and now, Germany. She is fluent in Italian, English, German, French, and Spanish.

Ms. Alberto holds an MA in International Communication Management and a BA in Foreign Languages and Cultures at the University of The Hague in The Netherlands. An active member of SIETAR and IODA, she thrives to continuously hone her expertise in the field. She has contributed to various publications including research on International corporate development and a survey on Global Business Challenges.
