Françoise Falisse

Françoise Falisse is a Senior Consultant who utilizes her extensive professional and international experience to deliver Aperian’s solutions. Ms. Falisse supports executives to adapt and communicate effectively in an international environment while inspiring them to develop their human and professional potential. She has extensive living and working experience in Belgium, Egypt, Luxembourg, Morocco and Nigeria, which has helped her understand the challenges that expatriates face. She has a great talent for supporting early-career women who have undergone substantial changes in their personal and professional lives, as they moved abroad. She refers to herself as a Modern Nomad.

Prior to working with Aperian, Ms. Falisse has held various positions in Communications, Sales and Human Resources. Ms. Falisse has consulted for leading organizations like Dellworks and Ceran and helped business leaders succeed in their international projects through trust and authenticity. Ms Falisse’s expertise lies in helping participants discover how to leverage their experience, unleash their growth, develop their identity and attain their leadership prospect.

Ms. Falisse currently resides in Luxembourg with her husband and three children. She is fluent in French and English.

Ms. Falisse holds a BA and MA in Germanic Philology and a Management Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the Catholic University of Louvain. She is an ICF-Accredited Professional Certified Coach, and holds the credentials for COF Certified Coach, Cultural Orientations Framework by Rosinski & Company. She is a Certified Consultant for AEC Disc®, the Method of Colors, a behavioural competency analysis tool for human resources management.
