Frederic d’Auber

Frederic d’Auber is a Senior Consultant who assists high-performing global leaders increase their business effectiveness across cultures. He has been with Aperian for more than a decade assisting both individuals and Fortune Global 500 organizations to work effectively within a global context. His coaching and consultative approach and understanding of how business and cultures interplay bring a unique perspective to senior expatriates and multicultural teams.

Prior to working with Aperian, Frederic held leadership positions within the pharmaceutical industry and in the publishing sector. At Novartis, his responsibilities included Global HR Leader at the company headquarters in Switzerland and Strategy Head in Mexico. His stint in the publishing sector required him to manage sales teams across the USA. Subsequently, Frederic embarked on a unique adventure as a Wine Journalist for Swiss Vinum magazine, gaining valuable cultural insights from over 20 countries in the Asia Pacific. He started his career as an Officer in Reconnaissance in the French Army.

Frederic resides in Ireland and has work and living experience in France, the USA, Germany, Switzerland, Mexico, and the UK. He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. Growing up in a vineyard in Southwest France, which he recently managed, gave him grounded skills and a taste for fine wines.

Frederic holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Master of Sciences in Leadership and Strategy from London Business School.
