Gitanjali Sharma has over two decades of experience in Learning and Talent Development. During this time, Ms. Sharma has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to navigate complexity and deliver results with a profound commitment to simplicity. Ms. Sharma is a dedicated expert in Learning & Development and her areas of expertise includes Leadership Development, Organizational Change, Cultural Adjustment and Executive Coaching.

Ms. Sharma’s journey in employee development and corporate training experiences stretch across diverse industries – Sugar & Textiles, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing and countries – United States, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. Prior to joining Aperian, she worked at 3M as a Global facilitation and Delivery leader. Prior to this she worked as a Management Consultant at KPMG, focusing on talent acquisition and organizational change in Oman and Canada. Her career began in India as a Corporate HRD Officer. She is an Executive & Career Coach working for clients in the Middle East.

Ms. Sharma currently resides in UAE and is fluent in Hindi and English.

Ms. Sharma is a PHD (ABD Candidate) in Organizational Behavior from Asper School of Business, University of Manitoba. She also served as a lecturer at universities in Canada and Qatar and co-authored a notable paper titled “Exploring Archetypal Change: Leadership and its substitutes” in the Journal of Change Management (2011). She is a PCC Executive Coach Certified by ICF. Her life as an expatriate for over two decades has deeply influenced her professional interests, leading her to delve into the topic of her Ph.D. thesis—Expatriate Adjustment and Proactive Behavior.
