Hans Jablonski (he/him/his)

Hans Jablonski is a Senior Consultant at Aperian with over two decades of experience in organizational development across different sectors. His key focus areas include change and diversity management, leadership development, and coaching. Mr. Jablonski has successfully designed and delivered Diversity and Inclusion content adapted to the local culture and needs of various parts of the world including Japan, India, Korea, and Malaysia as well as across Europe and the USA.

Prior to joining Aperian, Mr. Jablonski worked with big names including Allianz, AXA, Bosch, Deutsche Bank, Ford, Microsoft, and Siemens. He has extensive experience as a Diversity Management Consultant and Diversity Manager at Ford Motor Company. During this time, he was responsible for the development and implementation of Ford’s Diversity Strategy and the execution of its evaluation and audit tools for the diversity scorecard. Mr. Jablonski has also worked as a Manager of Leadership Development here.

Mr. Jablonski currently resides in Cologne, Germany. He facilitates in English and German.

Mr. Jablonski holds a business degree in Economics from the University of Muenster. He is also a certified Change Master from LaMarsh, Performance First Coach, and has completed his 6-Sigma Greenbelt from Ford Learning.
