Jesmine Singh (she/her)

Jesmine Singh is a seasoned Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) strategist and a dynamic thought leader with over a decade of experience in designing and executing transformative learning initiatives that drive measurable impact across diverse industries and communities. With expertise in intercultural communication and inclusive development, she is a sought after speaker and advisor passionate about cultivating environments that empower individuals to thrive, adapt and succeed.

Prior to joining Aperian, she was engaged in designing and delivering DEIA trainings for global enterprises across diverse sectors including finance, education, government, retail and healthcare. Ms. Singh has also worked within the immigration space with “Planning for Canada” funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to empower new immigrants and enhance their readiness for economic and social integration in the Canadian context.

Ms. Singh holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) in French from the University of New Mexico (USA) and a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil) in French and Francophone Studies from the University of Delhi (India). She is also a certified translator and a passionate Human Rights Advocate actively contributing to the global DEIA discourse. Jesmine is multilingual and can deliver in both French, Hindi and English.

Outside of work, she volunteers and leads workshops as a Menstrual Equity Advocate, championing initiatives that promote awareness and access to menstrual health for the underserved communities. She also enjoys protean arts, travelling and forest bathing.
