Jinu Jayapalan (He/Him)

Jinu Jayapalan is a Consultant with Aperian and brings over 15 years of international experience in leadership development, learning, and organizational transformation. He has partnered with leading global organizations—including Adobe, Metro, Novo Nordisk Engineering, and Thyssenkrupp—to drive behavioural change, build psychological safety, and strengthen collaboration across multicultural teams.

Before joining Aperian, Jinu served as Learning & Development Consultant at a multinational pharmaceutical firm, where he led leadership and talent programs across India and Denmark. As a Senior Consultant at ICUnet, he supported cultural and process transformation for Fortune 500 clients, including guiding large-scale M&A integrations and market entry initiatives across Europe and Asia.

Jinu has worked extensively in India and Europe, managing diverse international projects and facilitating learning programs focused on change management, diversity & inclusion, and intercultural communication. He holds an International MBA from Hochschule Bremen University of Applied Sciences and Novancia Business School Paris, and an MBA in International Finance and Marketing from the University of Kerala.

Jinu is an Insights Discovery Client Practitioner and has been published in The Copenhagen Post and Kalakaumudi Magazine, writing on topics related to cultural intelligence and global leadership.
