João Steinle (he/him/his)

João Steinle is a senior consultant and executive coach who uses his professional and international experience to deliver Aperian’s solutions in leadership development, team building and facilitating conversations that foster awareness and bridge differences in cross-cultural and change management contexts. Mr. Steinle has coached diverse senior leaders, enabling them to thrive in their global markets.

Prior to joining Aperian, Mr. Steinle served as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer in Brazil, Latin America and had managerial experience in Italy. He has led and participated in projects involving mergers and acquisitions, organizational change, talent development & succession and corporate education for clients across many industries, including innovation centers, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, construction, steel and paper manufacturing. He is multilingual and can facilitate in both Italian and Spanish.

João is a father of two, a daughter and a son, has a passion for reading, mentoring executives and baking.

He holds a master’s degree in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC – Paris, training in Coaching from Erickson Coaching International, in Social Psychology from the ARIELE School in Milan and a degree in Civil Engineering from UFSCãr.
