John Fu

John Fu is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. An author, speaker and executive coach, he is a recognized expert on DEI and global leadership. Over the years he has built a deep understanding of the different business cultures. He is passionate about helping teams and leaders achieve business success globally.  He works with a large number of Fortune 100 companies in many industries including life science, tech, finance, manufacturing, energy, consumer products and more.

Mr. Fu took senior advisor roles with a number of leading consulting firms. He has also worked as the China general manager for a large professional service company.

Mr. Fu speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, English, and Danish. A cultural hybrid between East and West, Mr. Fu has lived and worked in Asia, Europe and the US.

He earned a MSc in Finance from Aarhus University in Denmark. A believer in life-long learning, he focuses on adult learning, psychology and leadership studies, which are all relevant to his work. He is proud to be a published author. He is a certified executive coach and continues to work with many executives worldwide on their professional and personal development. He lectures at Copenhagen Business School.
