Kanchan Hira (she/her)
Kanchan Hira is the Head of India Sales at Aperian and has been with the company since 2015. Over her 10-year tenure, she has taken on multiple roles, beginning as a Program Manager supporting clients in India and around the world on group and mobility programs. She now holds a dual position, continuing her program management responsibilities while also leading sales for India and select global clients. In her work, she consults with organizations on how Aperian’s platform and services can help support and advance their culture, inclusion, and global mobility initiatives.
Currently based in Bangalore and originally from Mumbai, Kanchan holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA in HR from Mumbai University. She enjoys traveling and has a deep love for Bollywood music.
