Kimberly Blanchard (she/her/hers)

Kimberly Blanchard joined Aperian as a Senior Consultant in 2003 and brings over twenty years of international expertise to the firm. She has facilitated training in over 35 countries and has worked closely with clients such as Accenture, Dell, Exxon Mobil, LEGO, Novartis, Oracle, and Syngenta. Ms. Blanchard has coached a highly diverse range of leaders enabling them to thrive in their global markets.

Ms. Blanchard has designed and led training programs focused on virtual management and team effectiveness. She has facilitated programs for expatriates to assist them in successful integration and effectiveness while on assignment. Having delivered hundreds of live virtual training sessions since 2005 she is also a Synchronous Learning Expert and has a certification from InSync to design, produce and facilitate best-in-class online learning.

Ms. Blanchard is fluent in English and Italian and speaks intermediate German. Originally from the USA, She has spent more than half of her adult life outside of the USA having lived in Germany, Italy, and Jordan. She recently relocated to Los Angeles, California, USA.

Ms. Blanchard has an MA in Intercultural Relations with a specialization in Training and Consulting. She is a Qualified Administrator of the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) and a Certified Professional Coach. In addition, Ms. Blanchard is a Professional Coach, certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
