Lene Rindom joined Aperian in 1997 as Manager for Kids and Teens Programs. She was responsible for the design and implementation of program content for children aged five to eighteen. Ms. Rindom brings over 25 years of educational and international experience to the firm. She trains global executives and their families who plan to relocate overseas on how to better adapt to living in their new country. She focuses on working with the children of the relocating executives, teaching them about the different dimensions and impact of culture, as well as the adaptation process to prepare them for the big move.
Prior to joining Aperian, Ms. Rindom taught secondary school for 15 years. She has developed and carried out programs for clients such as Danfoss, LEGO, Grundfos, Novo Nordisk, Syngenta, Timken, Velux, and Wal-Mart, who send their employees and families to China, France, Germany, Singapore, South Africa, the Netherlands, and the USA.
Ms. Rindom has worked and travelled in more than 22 different countries throughout her career.
A native of Spjald, Denmark, Rindom currently lives in Kolding, Denmark with her husband and her three children. She is fluent in Danish and English.
Ms. Rindom is a graduate of Denmark’s Elite School for Gymnastics and has taught at various levels for more than 20 years.
