Linh Dao is a Senior Consultant at Aperian with over 15 years of working experience leading organizations and consulting firms across various industries and businesses. Her expertise lies in uncovering people’s desires to grow and supporting them to unleash their potential wholly. She spends time understanding the business demands of clients to create an ecosystem of holistic solutions. Ms. Dao has designed and delivered workshops for expatriates to promote a better understanding of the Vietnamese market, culture and business practices.

Prior to working with Aperian, she has consulted for leading organizations like McKinsey and Company, The WorldBank and Fidelity.

A native of Vietnam, Ms. Dao is bilingual in Vietnamese and English. She currently resides in Hanoi, Vietnam.

Ms. Dao holds a B.A. in English Language and Literature from the Hanoi Foreign Language University. She is a Professional Certified Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and an Emotional Intelligence and NLP practitioner.
