Lyndell Danzie-Black (she/her/hers)

Lyndell is a Senior Consultant specializing in the Caribbean region. Her experience living and working with global organizations allows her to excel at facilitating conversations that foster awareness and bridge differences across diverse styles and beliefs. She enjoys helping teams, groups, and individuals develop the awareness and competencies needed to conduct businesses effectively across cultures. She has also helped expatriates and their families thrive through the relocation process.

Before joining Aperian, Ms. Lyndell worked as a Regional Coordinator ensuring excellence, productivity, and development of world-renowned organizations throughout the Caribbean. Through her expertise in business consulting, she cultivates a positive and inclusive learning style, that creates an open learning environment. She has also worked with the Inter-American Development Bank and the Government of Guyana to pilot a comprehensive and integrated entrepreneurship training program that enables women entrepreneurs to take on leadership roles in their own communities.

A multi-award winner and recent recipient of the 2023 Powerhouse Global Leadership Award and the Caribbean Global Award – Global Business Influencer 2023, the Women4Africa 2022 International Recognition “Change Maker” Award; and the 2022 President of the Co-operative Republic of Guyana Award – Outstanding Performance in Training, Service, and Mentorship.  Ms. Lyndell currently resides in Guyana with her family.

Lyndell holds a Master’s Degree in Maritime Transport and a BA (Hons) Degree in Tourism Management. She has undergone specialized training as an International Labour Organization Trainer and has actively participated in the ExxonMobil Global Women in Management Program.
