Marie-Hélène Gomis Girardin

Marie-Hélène Gomis Girardin is a Senior Consultant with Aperian who has over two decades of experience in cross-cultural facilitation. Being half Senegalese-French, she not only lived in Senegal, the Ivory Coast, and France but also in Syria. These personal international experiences add empathy to her sessions. Ms. Girardin has partnered with expatriate executives to help them in their business effectiveness working in West Africa and the Middle East. She also provides intercultural training to students arriving in France or continuing their studies abroad.

Prior to collaborating with Aperian, Ms. Girardin was an institutional corporate communications project manager in the AgriFood Business. She also spent years teaching French as a foreign language to all levels of executives and military spouses. Her multinational clients include companies like Auchan, Orange, Société Générale, Sococim, and Thales.

Ms. Girardin facilitates in French and English. As a bicultural Senegalese-French National, she lives on the outskirts of Paris with her family.

Ms. Girardin holds a BA in International Trade and Management from San Jose University, USA, along with a Master II from INSEEC in Bordeaux, France. She is certified in Emotional Intelligence.
