Mike Greto

Mike Greto is President of Aperian, where he leads the company’s strategy and growth focused on helping organizations build inclusive, high-performing teams in an increasingly complex global environment. Since joining Aperian in 2010, Mike has partnered closely with leaders and teams around the world, translating research on intercultural competence into practical behaviors that improve collaboration, trust, and performance.

As President, Mike works at the intersection of technology, leadership, and real-world application, guiding how Aperian’s frameworks and learning solutions evolve to meet emerging workplace challenges. His work centers on helping organizations move beyond awareness toward action by embedding inclusive leadership behaviors, strengthening cross-cultural communication, and enabling teams to leverage differences in work styles, backgrounds, and perspectives as a performance advantage.

Earlier in his career, Mike was part of the executive team that founded Global Experiences, Inc., an international education exchange organization. He holds an MBA in Global Strategy from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BA in Foreign Affairs and Italian from University of Virginia.

A dual citizen of the United States and Italy, Mike brings both professional and personal perspective to his work across cultures. When he’s not on the hunt for the perfect pizza crust, he enjoys biking and hiking in the mountains of North Carolina with his wife and three children.
