Ming Yang (he/him/his)

Ming Yang is a Senior Consultant for Aperian who has extensive knowledge and experience in international consulting and training activities for different multinational corporations as well as domestic companies in China. He works primarily with clients in Asia and the United States such as Caterpillar, Chrysler, Cree, Dell, Ernst & Young, Ford, John Deere, Lenovo, Novartis, and Novo Nordisk.

Mr. Yang possesses extensive know-how on the management of cross-cultural challenges and the mitigation of cross-cultural risks and has held several senior managerial positions in his previous roles with multinational corporations. He has also worked on various international business development and asset investment projects in Asia. Mr. Yang was involved in a Sino-USA start-up before joining Aperian.

Mr. Yang currently lives in Shanghai, China and speaks both English and Mandarin Chinese.

Mr. Yang has an MBA from the University of Chicago and an MSc in Environmental Engineering from the University of Houston. He completed his undergraduate mechanical engineering studies at Tongji University in Shanghai, China.
