Monika Chauhan-Stok

Monika Chauhan-Stok works with clients in Europe and India, coaching senior executives and managers for international assignments as well as for leading intercultural teams. She has participated in the design and launch of global leadership programs for key international clients, primarily in the financial and high-tech industries. She also works as a management consultant for numerous Fortune 500 companies, assisting them in their Asia strategy and emerging-market initiatives.

Previously, Ms. Chauhan-Stok held senior international management positions in the telecommunications and information technology industries. She has launched and marketed state-of-the art digital imaging and other cutting-edge products in Asia, Europe, and North America, and developed successful start-up ventures in India, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

Home base for Ms. Chauhan-Stok is currently London, where she lives with her Dutch husband and two children. In addition to learning Dutch, she speaks English, Hindi, and Punjabi. She travels frequently to India, the UK, and various countries in Europe as a speaker on diversity and cross-cultural issues.

Ms. Chauhan-Stok holds an MBA with a concentration in marketing as well as an undergraduate degree in economics. She is a guest faculty member at INSEAD and is a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and SIETAR (Society for Intercultural Education, Training, and Research). As a board member of Asia Initiatives, Ms. Chauhan-Stok has been involved in various fund-raising activities and events to facilitate micro-credit financing for underprivileged women in South Asia.
