My Holland is a Senior Consultant at Aperian who excels in guiding clients towards meaningful and sustainable growth. She has successfully supported organizations around the globe in capacity building to cultivate inclusive environments, lead transformational change and develop as global leaders. With a proven track record in driving positive change, Ms. Holland’s work revolves around fostering purpose-driven cultures and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

Drawing from her extensive experience, Ms. Holland has navigated various business landscapes abroad. She has led transformative initiatives in Vietnam, leveraging her expertise to help organizations find purpose and motivation amidst cultural diversity. Her roles have included spearheading women’s empowerment programs, such as the Feminine Quotient (FQ) concept, and pioneering Women in Leadership training programs aimed at bridging gender and cultural divides.

She is fluent in multiple languages including English and French and intermediate in Vietnamese. Ms. Holland moves between Australia and Vietnam and originally from Villeneuve Sur Lot, France.

Ms. Holland holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on International Marketing from the University of San Francisco, where she specialized in international business and cross-cultural communication. She also earned a Master of Arts (MA) in International Business from the Université Paris-Sorbonne. Additionally, she holds certifications in executive coaching and emotional intelligence training.
