Nadia Crobeddu

Nadia Crobeddu is a Senior Consultant at Aperian, specializing in facilitating programs for expatriates to ensure their successful integration and effectiveness during international assignments. She has extensive experience as an intercultural trainer and has delivered team-building and coaching services to globally dispersed participants. Ms. Crobeddu is also highly skilled in developing customized blended learning solutions aimed at helping clients navigate complex cultural dynamics. She has designed and led various workshops, particularly within the employment and technology sectors, engaging diverse groups ranging from small teams to large audiences.

Previously, Ms. Crobeddu served as Global Account Manager at Aperian for over five years, honing her skills in managing complex global initiatives. She has also held the role of Corporate Relations Manager at HEC Paris. Ms. Crobeddu’s diverse expertise spans across talent management and coaching, allowing her to collaborate with clients across various industries, including education, professional coaching, and technology.

She has a French-Italian background and currently resides in Grenoble, France and is fluent in English and French.

Ms. Crobeddu is a certified coach and in addition to her professional coaching credentials, she has actively volunteered her time and efforts to raise donations for various humanitarian causes.
