Nita Sharma (she/her/hers)

Nita Sharma is a Senior Consultant with expertise in cross-cultural management, leadership development, executive coaching, team and group coaching, and Diversity & Inclusion. Utilizing her versatility and strong client partnership skills, Ms. Sharma has delivered strategic management and development solutions for teams and organisations throughout Europe, India, the Middle East and the United States. Some of the clients she has worked with include HSBC, Shell, Tesco, TNS, and Unilever.

Prior to becoming a Consultant, Ms. Sharma worked for The BBC. One of her key successes was ‘putting fair representation of diversity on air’, an initiative which continues to have an impact in the UK till today. Her work has demonstrated an appreciation of the link between organizational and individual development and improving business performance.

Ms. Sharma is fluent in English and Hindi and is based in the United Kingdom.

Ms. Sharma has an MA in Sociology and Social Policy and a BA in Geography. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She has a Master Practitioner degree in NLP. Ms. Sharma’s licensed certifications include Level A accreditation with the British Psychological Society, MBTI (Level 1 & 2), Firo-B, Intercultural Development Inventory (DMIS), World Work International Profiler Implicitly tool on Unconscious bias and 11 High Performing Behaviors in Leadership.
