Palavi Kele (she/her/hers)

Palavi Kele is an Aperian associate with more than a decade of experience specializing in cultural training and building cultural intelligence. She has successfully facilitated customized training sessions for leading multinationals, including Airbus, Amazon, Boeing, British Embassy and Goldman Sachs. Drawing on her firsthand experiences as a female expat, Ms. Kele offers practical insights into the socio-cultural transformation in Saudi Arabia. Her training style combines empathy, well-researched content and personal anecdotes making her sessions engaging and memorable for participants.

Ms.Kele has led various intercultural training workshops for expatriate families, provided spousal support sessions, and developed youth programs for major organizations in Automotive, Aerospace, Industrial Technology and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology industries.

Originally from India, with living experience in the UK, Ms. Kele currently resides in Riyadh with her husband.

Ms. Kele holds an MSc in Cross-Cultural Psychology from Brunel University in London and is a certified CQ Facilitator with the Cultural Intelligence Center in Michigan, USA.
