Pu Han (she/her/hers)

Pu Han is a Senior Consultant at Aperian. She is an expert in cross-cultural learning solutions across different Asian regions, including China, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Singapore. With over fifteen years’ experience in coaching and training, she has delivered numerous programs in cross-cultural awareness and business skills. Ms. Han brings customized advice to Western and Asian executives, teams and expatriates, helping them gain a better understanding of cross-cultural issues at stake in their professional activities. Her consulting services have helped facilitate collaboration and build trust between many renowned global organizations including Accenture, Lego, Lenovo, Michelin, Peugeot, Schneider Electric, etc.

Ms. Han delivers workshops in various sectors including luxury, automotive, and electronics. Her expertise in sales strategies and communication skills has helped improve sales effectiveness for many French luxury brands such as Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Chaumet, etc. Her deep concern for European and Chinese expatriates has prompted her to develop personalized solutions to help them better adapt to their new homes.

In addition to teaching Chinese-French Intercultural Communication and French-Chinese Translation in University of Paris 3rd and Paris 7th, Ms. Han is a professional translator/interpreter of French, English and Chinese in different fields: luxury, culture, business negotiation, tourism, science and Chinese Kung Fu. Ms. Han is originally from Taiwan but has lived in Paris since 1998. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese and French.
