Rashmi Zimburg (she/her)

Rashmi Zimburg is a Senior Consultant with over two decades of experience navigating diverse cultural environments while applying practical knowledge and real-life skills to business and social situations. Ms Zimburg has extensive work experience in relocation services, personnel development and skills training and inspires global teams to enhance performance. During her professional career she has worked extensively in the United States and Austria She has navigated life in Algeria, Indonesia, Japan and Australia for her family and her diplomat spouse.

Ms Zimburg has bridged cultures and professions from an illustrious career in Finance to Coach and Cultural Trainer for senior executives. Prior to working with Aperian, she spent her time as a Health Coach supporting her clients to transform and make lasting changes towards optimal health in all areas of their lives. Her cross-cultural training, supported by her own global awareness has benefited her clients in understanding and successfully navigating new environments. Ms Zimburg has facilitated training for clients like Citibank, Cognizant IT Software, Deloitte, HCL Technologies, MPhasis and Touché.

Ms Zimburg currently resides in Vienna, Austria with her retired diplomat husband and children. She is fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, German and Bahasa Indonesia.

Ms Zimburg holds an MBA and a BBA in Business Administration and Economics from Western Illinois University. She holds the credentials of Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with ICF- International Coach’s Federation.
