Robyn De Villiers (she/her)

Robyn de Villiers brings over 30 years of experience as a senior advisor in strategic communications. She partners with multinational clients to support leadership development, cultural inclusion, and collaborative problem-solving. Robyn works with executives and their teams to enhance their communication effectiveness, navigate diversity, and build inclusive environments for business success.

Robyn has worked extensively across Africa and globally, having founded and led a pan-African communications network spanning 53 countries. She has advised clients across multiple sectors and supported their leaders through executive coaching and cross-cultural development. Robyn is also an experienced commercial and workplace mediator and works with organizations to foster collaboration in complex and high-stakes environments.

Robyn holds a Master’s in Executive Coaching from Ashridge Business School and is an Ashridge Accredited Coach. She is a Certified Senior Practitioner with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a Leadership Circle Profile™ Certified Consultant, a certified Culture Map consultant, and a Minds at Work “Immunity to Change” facilitator. She also holds certifications in commercial mediation from Conflict Dynamics in South Africa and CEDR in the UK.
