Sana Bardawil (she/her)

Sana Bardawil is a Senior Consultant who brings over twenty years of experience from across Europe and the Middle East to Aperian. She has extensive work experience in intercultural awareness training on the Middle East and North Africa region for senior diplomats and international businesses. She has an enduring passion for bringing people together and enhancing their effectiveness.

Ms. Bardawil is the Co-Chair of the Advisory Board for the Europeana Foundation. She spent ten years as a UK-based journalist with major broadcast organizations and has spent close to two decades in a major petroleum company in a variety of international roles. She also spends her time creating a platform that provides mentorship for young professional women, cross-cultural awareness training, and corporate affairs advisory services. Her expertise in coaching, stakeholder management, and business consulting with a focus on defined outcomes creates a positive and open learning environment.

Ms. Bardawil is based in the Netherlands and works in English, Arabic, and French.

Ms. Bardawil has a Master’s in Philosophy from the University of Oxford and a BA in Arts and Political Science from the American University of Beirut.
