Shahrzad Saderi

Shahrzad Saderi is a Senior Consultant with over 17 years of organizational development in the public and private sectors. Her work has been focused on cross-cultural development, multicultural teams and diversity initiatives. Blending Eastern wisdom with Western education, she has presented hundreds of workshops in the US and abroad.

Before joining Aperian, Ms. Saderi managed a US-based cross-cultural consulting company and supported its expansion in the Middle East. Working with multinationals and private companies she has facilitated team building, management and staff development workshops. Ms. Saderi has held the position of  Diversity and Inclusion Program Coordinator and Facilitator for the largest state tax agency in the United States. She is the Communication Chair for the Society of Organizational Learning (SOL MENA). She is also an active member of SIETAR and the American Society for Training and Development.  She has been a keynote speaker at the Great Decision Lecture Series at Whitworth University, WA and the Society of Organizational Learning Global Conference, Muscat, Oman.

Ms. Saderi currently resides in Tehran, Iran.

Ms. Saderi holds an MBA from the University of Missouri, Columbia and a BS in Business from Sacramento State University, CA. She is certified in HBDI and DISC Personality Profiling. She is a certified facilitator with the Institute of Cultural Affairs and the International Association of Facilitators.
