Shanta Eaden (she/her/hers)

Shanta Eaden is a Senior Consultant at Aperian with over 20+ years of expertise in integrating people, processes, and technology to affect change. As a recognized DEI strategist, change leader, and project management executive, she emphasizes trusted partnerships and leverages her uniquely positioned background to close the gap between strategy and execution to impact organizational culture.

Prior to working with Aperian, Ms. Eaden led multinational teams in the Finance and Energy sectors through acquisition integration, business transformations, strategic program/project management, professional development & skill-building, establishing DEI frameworks, organizing global Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and facilitating executive workshops/training. She is also a sought-after DEI speaker, panelist, business consultant, and change leader who mobilizes teams for integrated culture shifts and accountability. Ms. Eaden provides fractional DEI leadership with CHROs and Chief Diversity Officers to build and enhance their company’s DEI strategy by developing a multi-year roadmap, executing project plans, conducting an internal process review, and delivering workforce development and training to create a sustainable, integrated DEI culture.

Ms. Eaden is a wife, a mother, and a people-first leader. She currently resides in Greater Houston, United States of America.

Ms. Eaden holds an MBA in concentrations in Management and Human Resources from LeTourneau University and a BA in Business Administration from Texas Southern University. She is a certified Professional Coach and a Certified Diversity Professional. Ms. Eaden is also certified in SAFe® 5 Agilist and Inclusive Behaviours Inventory by Aperian.
