Simone-Eva Redrupp (she/her/hers)

Simone-Eva Redrupp assists executives from around the world in developing global leadership skills and building on their company’s leadership competencies. Utilizing an experiential learning approach during executive coaching engagements and team workshops, she ensures that participants become as effective in international business and personal settings as they already are in their home countries. She has partnered with companies in the fast-moving consumer goods sector as well as the pharmaceutical, automotive, and luxury industries.

Prior to joining Aperian and with a background in the financial services and hospitality industries, Ms. Redrupp held senior operational management and marketing positions with various multinational corporations including Club Med, Lufthansa, Citibank, and Disneyland Resorts.

Facilitating training and coaching sessions in English, German, and French and working with multinational companies from Finland to Namibia and from the USA to India, Ms. Redrupp’s polyglot background enables her to engage business professionals at all levels. She currently resides in Paris with her husband, two sons, and a Bernese mountain dog named Balta.

Ms. Redrupp holds a BA from Rice University and has completed courses at the University of Freiburg, Germany. She also holds an MBA/MIM (Master’s in International Management) from the Thunderbird School of Global Management in Arizona. A lecturer at INSEAD, she is certified in the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator^® and the Intercultural Development Inventory^® and is a co-active business coach.
