Susanne Slotsager (she/her/hers)
Susanne Slotsager is a Senior Consultant at Aperian with over 15 years of experience working with leadership development in a global context. Ms Slotsager’s expertise in business psychology develops leaders and leadership teams under extreme conditions. Her skills include designing, facilitating, and driving global leadership, executive coaching, and change management programs.
Prior to working with Aperian, Ms Slotsager was a Senior Leadership and Associate Partner at a large multinational company in the Oil & Gas, Wind, and Maritime industry. During her tenure there she helped develop leaders and teams through cross-cultural training workshops and global off-shore leadership programs. Ms Slotsager has also completed the Strategy Execution and Functional Leadership Programme in Africa and Middle east region for talented Middle Managers.
Ms Slotsager currently resides in Copenhagen, Denmark with her husband Sigurd. Together they have 2 children, who are university students. She is fluent in English, Swedish and Norwegian. Ms Slotsager enjoys skiing, golfing, working out, and traveling and has been a Member of the Board & Chairman of the top athlete committee of the Danish Curling Association.
Ms Slotsager holds an MA in The Psychology of Organisation from Roskilde University and a BA in Social Work from Den Sociale Højskole. She holds the credentials of Hogan Assessment Tool, FIRO-B, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientations – Behavior, and is an MBTI instrument practitioner. Ms Slotsager is also certified in Situational Leadership II (SLII) and Cross Culture Programme by Richard Lewis Communication.
