Tania Léger

Tania Léger is a Senior Consultant with Aperian. For over a decade, she has delivered assignment-related intercultural management training programs to senior-level executives and their families. Tania has worked with individuals from close to 50 global companies in China, the Philippines, and Singapore such as American Express, Caterpillar, Cisco, Goldman Sachs, Kraft, Merck, Pfizer, and State Street Bank.

Ms. Léger began her professional career in Europe and Latin America before she moved to Asia. She gained extensive cross-cultural experience as an expatriate living and working in Singapore, Beijing, and Manila, Philippines. In 2003, she joined a global relocation company as an Intercultural Account Manager overseeing clients in APAC and a Training Consultant providing Assessment, Cross-Cultural, and Repatriation training to families moving in and out of Asia.

Born in Switzerland, Ms. Léger is a permanent resident of Singapore where she lives with her husband and three young daughters, who were born in Beijing, Manila, and Singapore. She is fluent in French, German, English, and Spanish and can also speak intermediate-level Mandarin Chinese.

Ms. Léger graduated with an MA in Management from the Community of European Management Schools (CEMS) and has a degree in International Management from the University of St. Gallen. She obtained the ERC Global Mobility Specialist Designation in 2007 and is a certified administrator in FIRO-B and MBTI suite instruments.
