Taylor Kunselman (she/her)

Taylor Kunselman has been providing services as a Senior Client Success Manager and Consultant for effective global business collaboration and inclusion skills at Aperian for several years. Ms. Kunselman has facilitated internal programs speaking to topics related to global communication styles and has hosted keynotes on Accelerating Women’s Progress and Leading with Empathy. She has expertise guiding in bridging boundaries amidst the barrier of cultural differences to successfully conduct business across borders with clients across multiple industries (IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, Gaming).

Ms. Kunsleman has lived internationally in Spain and in various cities on the east coast of the United States. She currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina and is fluent in English and conversational in Spanish. She grew up in a multi-cultural family (Mexican-American) which allowed her to expand her perceptions of people and culture from a young age.

Ms. Kunselman holds an MA in International Business from Hult International Business School and a BA in International Relations from Suffolk University. She has received extensive professional development through a Managerial Coaching Certification from Hult as well as her respective GlobeSmart and IBI certifications.
