Theresa Kneebone

Theresa Kneebone is a facilitator, consultant and coach who specializes in global diversity and inclusion, global leadership, effective teaming and cross-cultural communication. She designs and delivers learning initiatives for organizations seeking to create a strong understanding of individual and group differences as well as practical approaches to how to work together for mutual success.

Ms. Kneebone has worked with clients in manufacturing, financial services, technology and pharma around the world. Her engagements have included executive briefings, workshop delivery, one-on-one coaching, strategy facilitation, teambuilding and keynote speaking. In addition, she began designing and delivering virtual learning and facilitation in 2009.

Ms. Kneebone was the Managing Director of Asia-Pacific for Aperian and in that role was responsible for opening the regional headquarters and overseeing regional offices, employees, clients and projects throughout Asia-Pacific. She also served in a similar role when she opened the EMEA headquarters for a different firm.

Ms. Kneebone graduated from Indiana University with a degree in East Asian Studies, with a Departmental Honors Thesis on Chinese politics. She has lived in Taiwan, the UK and Singapore and is currently based in San Diego, California.
