Tran Thi Minh Hao (she/her/hers)

Tran Thi Minh Hao is a Senior Consultant with Aperian with over two decades of experience as a facilitator and coach. Her expertise lies in helping people navigate complex, global human systems by providing coaching, mentoring, and consulting, aimed at supporting others. Ms. Hao has coached individuals and teams on a variety of topics that include Emotional Intelligence, Diversity and Inclusion and Global Leadership. She has worked with many of global clients in Asia, and Europe.

Prior to working with Aperian, Ms. Hao helped run corporate training and coaching for leadership and C-suite level employees. During this time, she worked with some global names – Piaggio, Kimberly Clark, Coco Cola and Generali. Ms. Hao excels at facilitating conversations that foster awareness and bridge differences across diverse styles and belief. Prior to this, she was the Founding Partner at an HR Consulting Firm.

Ms. Hao is fluent in Vietnamese and English and currently resides in Hanoi, Vietnam with her husband and 4 kids. She enjoys reading, developing herself and supporting others – one of the main reasons why she chose to become a coach. Ms. Hao is a member of the core team for Hanoi Alumni Mentoring, a non-profit community founded to help students reach their goals and realize their potential in the university setting.

Ms. Hao holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Benedictine University, from Illinois. She is a certified ICF certified coach and is also DISC practitioner.
