Víctor H. Garza is an intercultural coach and consultant who specializes in connecting global expatriates with Mexico and China while fostering mutual understanding across diverse populations. With over 15 years of experience, he provides solution-oriented coaching and training focused on the cultural mindsets of East Asia, Southeast Asia, and Latin America. His work centers on helping individuals and global teams navigate the complexities of international leadership and goal setting.

His professional background spans various sectors, including media, academia, and corporate logistics. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with major global organizations such as Microsoft, Amazon, P&G, and the Alibaba Group.

Víctor holds a Masters in Education from the Tecnológico de Monterrey and is an ICF certified coach through a program in Australia. His expertise covers a wide range of specialized areas, including intercultural negotiation, conflict management, and diversity and inclusion programs. He is also skilled in developing cultural and emotional intelligence within organizational leadership structures.
