Xin-Yi Yap (she/her/hers)

As the Global Inclusion & Diversity Product Manager at Aperian, Xin Yi designs learning solutions that address the most crucial issues affecting the workforce today. Her belief that “inclusion takes intentionality” is what drives her strong work ethic and relentless pursuit for more effective, locally relevant, and globally applicable learning journeys for Aperian’s clients throughout the globe.

Xin Yi is currently based in Raleigh, NC. She is bilingual, speaking and writing Mandarin Chinese and English fluently. Born and bred in Singapore, Xin Yi has had assignments throughout the globe including Vietnam and Japan.
